There are many sky glitches around Jamaa. Here is the one for Mt.Shiveer:
Click just about next to the dog sign.
Then click the door to the Hot Cocoa Hut.
Then, timing it right, just before you get to the door, click the switch animals button, and click the animal you are currently using (it's quicker that way) and click right about here and up on the top of the Hot Cocoa Hut.
You will be on the roof, and you can be anywhere in the sky!
