Hey Jammers! I told you yesterday that I would post about my opinion on rares. But before reading this, how do you personally feel about rares in general, and in a more complex, deep way? I was once in Jamaa Township, just sitting, because I was bored. Then this rare Jammer and another Jammer were talking. The regular one asked, "Can I trade for your rares?" and the rare one replied "I don't want your un-rare items NOOB!" I thought this was pathetic, because I understood that she felt popular and upper-class, and because of that, she could be rude to those different than her. When you think about it, she was probably only acting that way because she thought she could with rares! Now I'm not saying rares are bad. It's okay if you have rares, but if you show off with them and think you're better than others and think you're all awesome and sophisticated, then something's out of wack here. Some Jammers I knew/know used to be super happy and smiley, but then they were suddenly possessed with a type of poison. Populartiy. "Fame". Rares. They suddenly went dark. That emotion called happiness? Gone. When they used to laugh, smile, and be fun and unique? Disappearance. Why does this happen? Did they start to drool over their items? Was it just something person and life-changing that's actually a reason to be different? Or was that personality of Blogging being tainted and ruined? This is totally melancholy. What we are drooling over are fake, unreal things that deceive your eyes. Your eyes tell your brain that this item is real, because we're pretty much making Animal Jam another humanized website. But what can we do, that's our own nature. Don't let your possessions control your perspective of yourself and others. Those items are not worth it. If you think they are, you have already been infected.....
